ANNUEAL RELEASE: BIERSTIEFEL
Bierstiefel is 100% Admiral Maltings; California-grown barley, floor-malted in the Bay on Alameda Island. Pilsner, Hearth, and Kilnsmith carry the whole thing: fresh bread, cracker malt, a hint of caramel. German Hallertau-grown Tradition hops keep it floral and balanced, and at 5.8% it finishes dry enough to have you asking, "Noch eine Maß, bitte!" (Another liter, please!)
