DONATION REQUESTS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE FILLING OUT A REQUEST FORM:

As a small business, we can only support 1% for the Planet environmental organizations and local & private schools within a 5 mile radius of our beer gardens in Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and Berkeley.

Per ABC rules, Headlands can legally donate beer only(not gift certificates, merch, etc…) to federally recognized 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 organizations. Please include a copy of your IRS Determination Letter, or show proof of non-profit status.

As a member of 1% For The Planet, we may be able to donate cash only to organizations that are also 1% For The Planet certified.

For beer donations, please complete the form below at least 30 days prior to your event. Requests submitted after that timeframe may not be considered.

Once your form has been submitted, our team will follow up if additional information is needed.
